My jewelry is crafted from high-quality 18k gold-plated stainless steel materials. I prioritize durability and design to ensure each piece remains timeless.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes, the jewelry is waterproof! While the jewelry is designed to be durable, it is recommended to avoid consistent direct exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions to maintain its shine and longevity. Exposure to water is okay, but proper care is always encouraged.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. Use a soft cloth to gently clean your jewelry and avoid harsh chemicals.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, not yet! Still working on it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days and shipping times depend on your location. Custom Chunk Initial necklace orders may take longer.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unused items.

What if my jewelry is damaged within two weeks of delivery?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or breaks within two weeks of delivery, please contact us immediately at pazalinajewelery@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a repair as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?
